Michaela knows the importance of being a role model on and off the ice. As an assistant coach she told us how satisfied and
accomplished she feels when she sees the smiles on the girls' faces during hockey practice. By passing on to them the things
she knows, she helps them achieve their highest potential. Inspiration and determination helped her achieve her own goal:
